The original photo for Petrol was shot in a small vintage store in Takayama, Japan. The store was loaded with cool vintage toys going back to the 1950’s. The display featuring Petrol was filled with so much goodness. From the vintage movie poster in the background to the gas. The more you look the more you see. As soon as I saw the photo I knew I wanted the shot on a t-shirt. The photo is probably my favorite shot from Japan.
